We are two people who have always felt a deep need to make a difference. At first, like many millennials, we believed this dream of “changing the world” was too big, too complex, too idealistic to ever become real.
Everything changed when Giuseppe, our founder, attended a course on Sustainable Development. That experience opened our eyes to a new perspective: transforming the world isn’t just a dream — it’s a possibility. We realized that to create real change, we first need to transform the way the world thinks about and practices business.
From that insight, Giuseppe and Claudio, two friends united by their passion for sustainability and entrepreneurship, decided to found Ethics4Growth.
Since then, we’ve built a network of professionals, innovators, and changemakers who share the same vision: to promote ethical, sustainable, and profitable business models.
Our mission is to empower a new generation of business leaders — people who understand that true growth means responsibility, transparency, and respect for our planet and communities.
