WHO WE ARE
How it all started
We are two people who always felt the need to change the world. In the beginning, like every millennial, we thought that this idea was just a dream we had, something which we would love to see happening but in the end, it’s too complicated and hard to become reality.
And then, a class of sustainable development that Giuseppe, our founder, had changed completely our horizon: changing the world could not actually be just a millennials’ dream, but a possibility. We realized that in order to make a difference, first, we need to change the way the world thinks and DOES business.
From that moment, Giuseppe and Claudio, two friends with a passion for business and sustainability, decided to launch ethics4growth. We encountered several people who contributed to the cause and we have created a network where we can share our ideas and values about sustainable and profitable business models. We dedicate ourselves to the creation of a new generation of business people with an ethical mindset.

The Social Innovation Studio
We like to act GLOCAL, thinking globally and acting locally. Within several projects, we carry out future studies laboratories and workshops to support communities in co-planning and co-designing their territories and their projects on a long-term base.
Today, we are more than reality. We have collaborated with numerous institutions and companies like Treedom, Fundacion Ebbene, Linkfloyd, Venice Club and more…
Ethics4growth is a social innovation studio that offers coaching and other consulting services for social impact startups and companies that wish to innovate in the field, plus, the studio is involved in sustainable/social development projects for territories.
We are offering services for sustainable entrepreneurship to support local youth to invest in the economic development of their territories. We like to act GLOCAL, thinking globally and acting locally. Giuseppe Macca
I’m Giuseppe Macca, entrepreneur, passionate about sustainability and an expert in social impact business modelling. With 5+ years of experience between the third sector and the profit ones, I managed to gather and merge competencies from both worlds.
I’m the CEO of ethics4growth, a member of LAPIS, a team of social development in Sicily and a consultant for a media agency and includes among my experiences a position of international marketing teaching at The University of Manizales.
Currently based in Siracusa, Sicily, I travelled and lived in several countries such as Argentina, Brazil, the USA, Colombia and the UK where he acquired an MSc in international business, following my bachelor and master’s in political science and international relations at LUISS University in Rome.

I’m the CMO of Ethics4growth, a company that helps enterprises, startups and individuals to be profitable in an ethical and sustainable way, taking care of our environment.
